  The GT series drum screen is a specialized screening equipment developed by our factory for industries such as chemical, building materials, metallurgy, and mining. It overcomes the problem of screen blockage caused by circular vibrating screens and linear screens when screening wet materials, improves the output and reliability of the screening system, and has received unanimous praise from users.  Working principle  The electric motor is connected to the drum device through a coupling via a reducer, driving the drum to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the drum device, the rotating drum (which can be tilted) of the drum device flips and rotates the material on the screen surface. Unqualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of the material inside the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent blockage of the screen hole.  Advantage  1. Wide material adaptability: Drum screens are widely used for screening various materials, whether it is inferior coal, coal slurry, coal smoke, or other materials, they can be screened smoothly.  2. The feeding method is simple and diverse: the feeding port of the drum screen can be designed according to the actual site, whether it is belt, funnel or other feeding methods, no special measures need to be taken, and the feeding can be smooth.  3. Large screening capacity and easy to enlarge: At the same size, the circular area is larger than the area of other shapes, so its effective screening area is larger, allowing the material to fully contact the sieve, resulting in a larger screening capacity per unit time. Due to its simple structure, convenient layout, innovative and mature technology, it is highly prone to large-scale production.  4. Good working environment: The entire screening cylinder can be sealed with a sealed isolation cover, which eliminates dust flying, block splashing and other phenomena during the screening cycle, avoiding pollution to the working environment.  5. Long service life and low maintenance: The drum screen is composed of several circular mesh rings, and its total screening area is much larger than that of other screen types.
