  HFS type fertilizer sieve is a new type of vibrating screen. Mainly used for grading various compound fertilizers and other bulk chemical materials. The HFS fertilizer screening machine has introduced the new technology of "Tailak" structure and ring groove rivets from the United States. The screening surface of this fertilizer sieve is driven by vibration through an excitation device, used for particle size classification of medium and fine materials. The main characteristics of fertilizer screening in terms of structure are: vibration exciter excitation, dual motor drive, stainless steel anti blocking screen surface, and the screening machine adopts cold riveting technology (traditional welding, cold riveting technology has better stress on the screen box and longer service life). In terms of working principle, the HFS fertilizer sieve utilizes the principle of probability to complete the entire screening process at a very fast speed, reducing the time required for material screening to only half of that of a regular sieve, while its processing capacity per unit screen area is twice that of a regular sieve. Therefore, it can be considered that the screening performed in fertilizer screening belongs to "rapid screening". In addition, the fertilizer sieve holes are not easily clogged, and one screening machine can simultaneously obtain several particle sizes of products, with a wide range of screening particle sizes.  The HFS fertilizer sieve consists of three parts: sieve box, exciter, and support device. The sieve surface is installed on the sieve frame. The screen surface of the fertilizer sieve undergoes reciprocating vibration, using a dual axis inertia exciter and driven by two electric motors. Two sets of exciters operate synchronously in reverse to generate excitation force, drive the sieve mesh, force the material to undergo parabolic motion, and pass through the sieve layer by layer. The mesh material of the fertilizer sieve is stainless steel, and the hole type is anti blocking hole type. The material does not gamble, get stuck, or stick. Due to the use of a two-layer sieve, the material moves in layers, the material flow is thinner, and it is easier to sieve. The efficiency can be doubled, truly reflecting the technical principle of probability screening.  The research on HFS fertilizer sieve is at the forefront in China. The exciter of the fertilizer sieve adopts a precision steel casting shell, a dual axis structure, and two bearings on each axis. It has a large bearing capacity, reliable lubrication, and can operate continuously without interruption under high temperature and high dust conditions.  The HFS fertilizer sieve has been optimized based on the original design. As fertilizer sieves are usually arranged in high-rise buildings, a secondary shock-absorbing platform has been specially designed, which can eliminate at least 3-5 times the vibration load, reduce the impact of equipment on the floor, and facilitate long-term safe operation for users; This technology is innovative in design and leading domestically.
