  Product Introduction  The TD series belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, water and electricity industries to transport bulk materials or finished items due to its advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and strong universality. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed by a single machine, or by multiple machines or combined with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.  Mobile conveyor JPG  Working principle  The TD75 belt conveyor mainly consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted onto them. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the drive drum (transmission drum); Another drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called a reversing drum. The driving drum is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the frictional force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving drum is usually installed at the discharge end to increase traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed into the feeding end and falls onto the rotating conveyor belt, which is driven by the friction of the conveyor belt to be transported to the unloading end for discharge.  Scope of application  The TD75 belt conveyor is suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of bulk materials, bagged materials, or packaged items such as coal, gravel, ore, sand, cement, fertilizers, broken glass, grains, etc. in powder, granular, and block forms. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be used for single machine conveying, or for multi unit synthesis of horizontal, inclined, or angled transportation requirements to complete material conveying.  Basic structure  1. Drive part: It consists of an electric motor mounted on a base welded from steel, a high-speed coupling, a reducer, and a reduction coupling. According to the layout requirements: the drive device is equipped with two types of left and right installations. In addition, our company has oil cooled electric rollers with power ranging from 1.5KW to 13KW and speeds of 0.80, 1.0, and 1.25;  2. Rolling part: divided into two categories: transmission drum and reversing drum;  3. Roller section: divided into groove shaped, parallel, self-aligning, and buffering rollers, etc;  4. Cleaning section: divided into spring cleaner and empty section cleaner;  5. Unloading section: divided into fixed plow unloader and electric unloader;  6. Braking part: There are two types: belt backstop and roller backstop;  7. Attachments: casing, guide groove, funnel, etc.  Performance advantages  1.
